The warranty is applicable solely to the original parts and components of the bicycle, as specified above, and is limited to the first user/first purchaser. It covers manufacturing defects in the mentioned parts and components, subject to a physical examination and inspection conducted by Bamboo Story Craft India Private Limited or an authorized representative. Approval for the warranty period's applicability will be granted based on the findings of the examination.
The physical examination aims to assess and verify the validity of the warranty claim, encompassing inspection of alterations, modifications, and other changes made to the stated items or components.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, failure to adhere to service advice, damage or failure resulting from accidents, deliberate acts, misuse, mishandling, abuse or neglect, or unauthorized modifications performed by service organizations or individuals.
Bamboo Story Craft India Private Limited does not provide any labor or charge labor fees related to the warranty for the specified items or components. If any labor charges apply to the replacement of a part or component, customers are responsible for payment to the dealer, as agreed between them.
The warranty becomes void in the event of any material alteration to the original part, or its components covered by the provided warranty. The decision to replace any part, component, or product rests solely with Bamboo Story Craft India Pvt. Ltd., which reserves the right to replace the product or part based on availability.
All warranty claims detailed above must be submitted by the last day of the defined warranty period. Claims received after this period will not be considered valid. Original proof of purchase is mandatory for all warranty claims, and the warranty is non-transferable.
It is clarified that the mentioned warranties are supplementary to the sale of bicycles in India and are limited as detailed above. Bamboo Story Craft India Private Limited does not provide any warranties beyond those specified for its products.

Repair or replacement of components
IMPORTANT! To validate this warranty, the retail customer must register the bamboo bicycle at www.bamboostoryindia.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Bamboo Bicycle Frame - We offer a 5-year warranty on any manufacturing defects to the original owner.
- We offer a 6-month warranty on all other Bamboo Bicycle components.
- Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is not transferable.

Shipping Damage Claims:
IMMEDIATELY inspect whether the packaging is intact when receiving the goods. If you see obvious damage to the product, you can choose to reject and contact us in time. We will not accept claims for shipping damage later than 24 hours from the receipt of the product.
